Model Lessons, Trainings and Webinars

Teachers Grow is an unprecedented model of professional development and support that serves as a portal allowing teachers to conduct peer observations by viewing “model” lesson videos and/or submit "model" lessons for peers and/or coaches to view. It proposes that teachers who observe great teaching reflect on and refine their own teaching as they aspire to grow into great teachers themselves.  Teachers Grow allows teachers to submit videos to coaches for feedback and support and/or submit their own "model" lesson videos to showcase lesson to benefit peer educators. 

 

Teachers Grow allows opportunities for teachers to observe peers and early childhood experts teach and demonstrate lessons in “authentic” classroom situations. Additionally, teachers no longer have to wait for staff development workshops. They will be able to receive professional development via on-online training workshops and webinars at their own pace and on their own schedule.
